This 2 bedroom and 2 full bath condo has a loft that is currently used as a third bedroom. This open floor plan has lots of natural light, wood burning fireplace, and balcony overlooking the golf course. There is a carport for covered parking. The location of this condo is fantastic as it is just minutes from shopping, restaurants, casino, and all that downtown Traverse City has to offer. This condo is not in the resort rental management program at this time. There are reservations booked for rental this spring/summer but it is flexible for the new owner to honor those reservations in place or to cancel them outright.
